Is BBBNode affiliated with the BigBlueButton project?

No. BBBNode is an independent infrastructure provider. BigBlueButton and Greenlight remain projects and trademarks of their respective owners.

Is the service managed?

The servers are self-managed. Root access and infrastructure are included; installation, migration and selected infrastructure monitoring can be added. Ongoing application operations remain yours.

How many users will a server support?

That depends on concurrent meetings, webcams, screen sharing, recording and network conditions. Use the calculator as a planning input, then test your actual workload before a critical event.

Do you charge per user or meeting?

No. Plans are priced per server and selected infrastructure options. There is no BBBNode fee per registered user, concurrent participant or meeting minute.

What happens after checkout?

We review inventory and technical fit, confirm applicable tax and payment details, then issue the invoice. Provisioning begins after confirmation and payment—nothing is charged silently.
